As substitute for existing chemical glue, GT-LMF is one kind of eco-friendly fiber which is developed by innovation.
GT-LMF is sheath/core structure PET/COPET, sheath is modified low-melting polyester (melting point 110ºC) and core is general polyester.
During heat processing, sheath components are melted and adhered to stick fiber together, but core will be there to keep good resilience and shaping.
Now GT-LMF is widely used for nonwoven industries with very good self-adhesiveness by blending with other fibers.
