Accelerator is mainly suitable for spraying construction and leak prevention and plugging of highways, railways, bridges, mines, shafts, tunnels, national defense, water conservancy and other projects. It can be widely used in sprayed concrete and mortar projects for rapid ground construction and emergency rescue projects. 2. It is used for underground projects and tunnel projects, rock excavation and lining support after ore mining in defense, railways, metallurgy, coal, hydropower and other departments. Compared with ordinary poured concrete support, it can speed up construction and reduce project costs. 2. How to use and precautions for accelerator 1. Before use, perform adaptability tests according to project requirements and cement types to determine the optimal dosage and adaptability 2. During construction, the water-cement ratio should be strictly controlled between 0.40-0.45. If the water-cement ratio is too large, it will prolong the setting time and affect the use effect. 3. When used in spraying construction, sand, gravel, cement and accelerator should be dry-mixed in proportion to form a mixture, adjust the water-cement ratio, and spray immediately. If the dry mix is stored for too long (more than 20 minutes), it will affect the quick setting effect and reduce the injection strength.
