| Recommended process | Dissolution/dilution :GT-015 can be diluted in any proportion with cold or warm water. 1, nylon or polyester dyed fabric post-treatment When 70-80°C, PH≈4.5, the best results can be obtained by treating this product for 15-20 minutes. The amount of product is determined by various factors (such as dye, dyeing depth and material), generally in the following range :0.5-3.0% GT-015; Run 70-80°C for 15-20 minutes; Adjustable PH4.0 or lower as required. Note: Dyed fabrics should be fully cleaned before and after fixing with GT-015. 2, nylon or polyester printed fabric post-treatment using acid or 1:2 metal complex dyes for printing nylon or polyester fabric washing process, the printed fabric can be treated with GT- 015 in the last cleaning bath to improve the wet fastness. |
