Skin-friendly biodegradable PLA polylactic acid staple fiber for blend spinning 


GT® PLA fibers are made from annually recycling resource (e.g. corn, cassava) with the benefits and functions of both natural
and man-made fibers. GT® PLA fibers adopt rich, annually renewable raw materials, which is quite different from traditional
thermoplasticity and man-made fibers based on limited oil resource. All products made from GT® PLA fibers can compost under
the condition of compost-degradation. In appropriate environment, GT® PLA fibers could decompose and recycle to its base
material -natural sugar through compost. In addition, chemical fuel consumption will be reduced up to 50% during GT®PLA fibers' life cycle.
Besides, greenhouse gases (GHG) caused during GT®PLA fibers production are 15%-60% less than that caused by replaced raw materials.
