The port for inlet and outlet of the pumps are implemented on the rear plate. With the use of suitable structural innovations this series can also be used to shear and friction sensitive media.By individually adapting to the actual operating conditions and the structural design, high reproducible volumentric efficiencies can be achieved. 1) Volume principle: The gear metering pump is a volumetric principle. The liquid is sucked into the suction chamber through a group of engaged gears under the action of the pressure difference, and then the medium is discharged from the cavity as it rotates.
2) Precise metering: The precision of the gear metering pump is very high, and the volume discharged per revolution is constant, so the flow rate of the metering pump can be obtained by adjusting the speed of the gear metering pump.
3) Quantitative addition: The displacement of the gear metering pump per revolution is fixed. Therefore, by adjusting the rotational speed of the gear metering pump and then controlling the number of revolutions of the gear metering pump, quantitative addition can be performed with an accuracy of 0.3% to ensure the accuracy of its addition.
